Bob Leone
, President, is a 33+ year veteran of the office equipment industry. He spent 20 years with Xerox Corporation before becoming a business partner with Xerox in 1994.

At Xerox, Mr. Leone was highly regarded as one of the top marketing executives on the company, earning 19 President's Clubs, an award for excellent performance. He started as a Sales Representative right out of college and was promoted to Product Specialist, Sales Manager and Regional Manager for the Western region over the years.

He started Mr. Copy, alone in January 1994 and has built a $43+ million dollar business with offices in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Oakland, Reno (NV), Portland (OR) and Eugene (OR). His 120+ employees have been recognized as the top organization numerous times over 13 years. As a testament to their success and hard work, Xerox recently awarded Mr. Leone The Dealer of The Year for the 6th consecutive year. Mr. Copy is Xerox's largest business partner in the country.

Mr. Leone has been married to Candy, a School Teacher in Encinitas for 22 years. They reside in San Diego, California.
